Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or accessing any part of the 88fubo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 88fubo ("Platform"). The Platform operates under valid international licensing and complies with the regulatory requirements set by the relevant licensing authority.

User Eligibility

To register and use the 88fubo services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of account registration.
• Register in your own name, not on behalf of another person.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not fall within any group restricted by this platform's regulatory requirements.

88fubo reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accepted documents include a valid MyKad, passport or driving licence.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete.
• Keeping your password and login details confidential.
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Maintaining the security of the device used to access the platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

88fubo provides a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users. All financial transactions must be carried out through methods that have been registered and verified under the same account holder's name.

88fubo does not charge any processing fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies.

Withdrawals will only be approved once identity verification requirements have been fully met. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if there is suspicious activity requiring further investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 88fubo are subject to wagering requirements and time limits. Failure to meet these requirements within the given period will result in the bonus being automatically voided.

The 88fubo welcome bonus gives you an additional 120% of up to RM300 on your first deposit. This bonus requires a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM120, your balance becomes RM220 and you need to meet a wagering requirement of RM1,800 (RM120 × 15).

Bonus restrictions that must be observed:

• Bonuses may not be transferred or sold to another user.
• Only one welcome bonus is given per user, per household and per device.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 88fubo reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are serious violations of these terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds and possible legal action:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools designed to exploit the system or games.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation of outcomes or collusion between players.
• Money laundering or use of funds from unlawful sources through the platform.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Giving another individual access to your account to use on your behalf.
• Any attempt to damage, hack or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.

88fubo employs continuous monitoring systems and reserves the right to investigate any account showing unusual activity without providing prior notice to the user concerned.

Intellectual Property

All content found on the 88fubo platform — including the brand name, logo, graphic designs, user interface, text, images and software code — is the exclusive property of 88fubo or its legitimate licensors.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify or use any part of that content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 88fubo management.

Limitation of Liability

88fubo provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, freedom from technical errors or fitness for any particular purpose.

The platform is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or processing delays beyond our control.

Users acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and make decisions based on their own assessment. 88fubo is not responsible for gambling decisions made by users.

Account Closure and Restriction

88fubo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information.
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from relevant regulatory authorities.
• Receipt of valid third-party complaints relating to account usage.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Valid balances will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure after the review is completed.

Responsible Gambling

88fubo is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide tools and resources to help users manage their gambling habits, including setting deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion options.

Users who have enrolled in a self-exclusion programme are not permitted to open a new account during the active exclusion period. Any such attempt will result in the account being closed immediately.

Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction, game result or interpretation of these terms, you are advised to contact the 88fubo support team first. We work to resolve all disputes within a reasonable time through our internal process.

All transaction records and game logs stored in the 88fubo system will be used as conclusive evidence in any dispute resolution. The management's decision upon completion of an investigation is final and binding.

Amendments to Terms

88fubo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments involving material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the effective date.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment means you accept and agree to the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
